Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle issues - Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service updates - Provide estimates for repairs and services - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of automotive services and repairs, including oil changes, tire services, shocks/struts, alignments, diesel engine repairs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record keeping and having some social media experience would be great to help create content.
